CHUBB Cargo Card

Chubb A&H contacted Fidelis to create a 3-D package that engaged the recipient with a game. Taking the challenge, Fidelis designed a baseball-themed cargo card that included a game in which small steel balls had to be rolled into designated holes on the ball field to win. This piece was received enthusiastically and helped CHUBB A&H promote their new online Resource Center.

SYSTEMS ENGINEER (Little Ferry, NJ) - Develop detailed architectural, component, and interface specifications, and detailed documentation describing implementation plans and operational procedures. Responsible for technical interface with the customer on additional broad areas to include all processes involved in IT systems engineering, including requirements definition, systems analysis, design, implementation, test, operations research applications as well as integration and support of software, networks, security, and life cycle support. Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Configure the equipment and software to meet business needs and documents the solution for ongoing support. Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Perform systems and network performance management functions (tuning, configuration, data collection, monitoring, and problem resolution) as required to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
